Vision Care Program

The Manatee Health Plan Vision Benefit provides eye exams for reading glasses and/or contact lenses not related to surgery or sickness.  The Manatee “YourChoice” Health Plan does not cover Refractions on routine eye examinations for glasses or contact lenses, the purchase of glasses, frames, contact lenses or related optical devices.
