Want to let us know what you may want and need? Try a listening session. Engage with us in an interactive group conversation along with other members who are also living with diabetes, so we can listen to what you may need and want in order to support you in all you care to do for your health.
  • Can be used to complete Qualifying Requirements for those members with 2019 Qualifying A1C of 7.1 to 8.9. 
  • This program has been approved by County Administration (for BCC employees) to be taken on work time with supervisor approval. Please record time as “Education/Training”.
