The Exercise Management Program is a self-monitored exercise program that rewards participants with Health Bucks for making a commitment to regular exercise.

All exercise logs must be complete by August 31, 2018.

Exercise Management Requirements:
  • Must exercise at least 2.5 hours per week at a minimum of 3 days per week (and/or at least 7,500 pedometer steps at least 4 days per week). Refer to appropriate exercise listed on website.
  • Must complete exercise logs* on a monthly basis and submit all together with the Exercise Management Worksheet at the end of the program in August. Must be submitted by August 31, 2018 in order for Health Bucks to be issued and effective January 1, 2019.
    * The Exercise Management Program Log is available to use, however, other Exercise Logs, including digital logs from fitness trackers like Fitbit, are acceptable.
  • Health Bucks Reward: Logs and Worksheet can be submitted for Health Bucks Reward at $12/month UP TO $144 PER YEAR. For example: 4 months = $48, 5 months = $60, 6 months = $72, etc...12 months = $144

Intro to Fitness is a free 4 week program designed for those new to fitness and don’t know where to start, those who aren’t confident at the gym, and those in an exercise rut. Participants meet for 1 hour each week.  Each session will focus on a specific area of fitness and combines education with a mini exercise session. By the end of this program, participants will learn the principles to designing their own aerobic, strength and flexibility training program and will feel confident using a variety of equipment and machines.
