The Manatee YourChoice Health Plan offers insurance, wellness and other health-related benefits to employees and retirees of the Manatee County Government Board of County Commissioners and participating Constitutional Agencies.

If you are looking to enroll in our health plan benefits, click on the blue BENEFITS LOGIN button located at the top of this website. This will take you to the Manatee YourChoice Health Plan's Benefit Express portal. Use your employee ID number as your username. If you don't remember your unique Benefit Express password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page.
